What do you like best about Lofty?

Comprehensive. Puts a lot of the tools I need in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

The app and website dashboard tools are different. App doesn’t have all the features and the website is not as intuitive. Also is expensive, I dislike that public client facing website Managment costs extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

I like the integration of a lead- capture website. I like to track my transactions in Lofty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Lofty can be buggy on my Android device. When I go to reply to rectangle in the app, sometimes it doesn't allow me to send the text I wrote. I have to restart the app and loose what i wrote. Also, sometimes the app will periodically log me out and I need to sign in again. I like that all of my communications with a lead/ client are streamlined into one place whether the communication was through phone, email, or text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an incredibly robust system that is scalable so agents can use the features that work best for them. There are many features to choose from which is cool. I feel like the website is great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Support is not always super helpful. It seems like they used to be more on top of it but I have had several experiences where support takes many days to get back to me or where I have to follow up to get assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

Love the user interface. Lofty makes it easy to navigate their system and has a smooth look and feel. Setting up automated campaigns is simple and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Support is awful, unresponsive, incompetent. Wordpress plugin is missing a number of critical features. AI sales assistant is brutal. Social studio outputs are poor. The lofty texting and email is slow, the CRM server is very delayed, will slow down your browser dramatically anytime it is open, poor UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a small brokerage owner I like the multitude of features including the auto emails/texts and landing pages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

As a small brokerage based in Canada the US dollar exchange can be a little expensive and definitely not for a single user, in my opinion. Also the SEO seems lacking and can get expensive with FB/Google ads to drive traffic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
