It helps with automated messages and notifications for leads and to send to leads (in the real estate business). I also love the templates that Chime offers **What do you dislike about Lofty?** There isn’t much to dislike about chime. Since there is email support and phone, i pretty much enjoy the software. **Recommendations to others considering Lofty:** If you want to be organized and work at a faster and easier pace, use Chime. **What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has impacted my work in a positive way. I am more organized now, and my work load has been at it’s best. It’s much more easier for me to get leads, and respond to them quicker. ### 2. An affordable, attractive, and capable service. Users will love the ability to use it across all operating systems. Video recording. Screen sharing. Remote desktop controls. **What do you dislike about Lofty?** No multi-language support. No operator-assisted meetings. No whiteboarding tool. Onboarding system is a bit clunky, and varies depending on which device you're using and how you first access the platform. **What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amazon Chime is an app in progress. It has the potential to someday compete with the top-ranking video conferencing services in the class. However, it's not ready for the major leagues just yet. ### 5.
