Lofty can be buggy on my Android device. When I go to reply to rectangle in the app, sometimes it doesn't allow me to send the text I wrote. I have to restart the app and loose what i wrote. Also, sometimes the app will periodically log me out and I need to sign in again. It is an incredibly robust system that is scalable so agents can use the features that work best for them. There are many features to choose from which is cool. It seems like they used to be more on top of it but I have had several experiences where support takes many days to get back to me or where I have to follow up to get assistance. Wordpress plugin is missing a number of critical features. AI sales assistant is brutal. Social studio outputs are poor. As a small brokerage based in Canada the US dollar exchange can be a little expensive and definitely not for a single user, in my opinion.
