Lofty Front is an IDX real estate website platform that combines AI-generated site drafts with expert refinement, no drag-and-drop tools required. Sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks with custom branding, live MLS/IDX sync across 500+ boards, interactive neighborhood maps, and neighborhood-specific pages built with schema-structured data for hyperlocal SEO. Ongoing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) helps AI search tools like ChatGPT and Gemini reference the site, backed by AI search visibility tracking. Every page includes lead capture with conversion-focused layouts, smart CTAs, and instant home valuations, feeding a built-in CRM with AI-powered follow-up. Social automation turns new listings into branded posts, and Just-Sold Stories convert closed deals into case studies. Includes custom domain setup, hosting, and ongoing content tuning to sustain AI and search visibility.
