The search is very fast, and the page response is quick. After setting up a new account or permissions for a supplier, you can immediately find it, and by entering the account in IPA, it can be activated right away; after notifying the supplier via email, they can use it immediately, with no noticeable delay. The initial setup process for Loftware Cloud (creating accounts, assigning permissions, etc.) was relatively easy for me, as the interface is quite simple and the structure is clear. Additionally, Loftware provided a dedicated explanation online via Teams at the beginning, and I didn't encounter any difficulties. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** What I find not very user-friendly is that when creating an account, it doesn't remember and display the last entered account. I mentioned, "If when setting up an account, it could remember and display the last entered account, at least the part after the @ from the last entered account, it would make it easier for me to quickly create a new account." I also added, "At least the domain after the @, and if it could remember the entire last entered account, that would be the best." **What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Loftware Cloud to create and manage accounts, initial passwords for suppliers, and also assign permissions and groups. Based on permissions, suppliers can access IPA to print labels, manage label content, and perform data communication. It works very well with zebra printers and i found the version management feature of loftware very useful as it allows to go back and fourth without disturbing the activated version of the label. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** In one of my requirement i have to do some manipulations with QR Code, and i found that the script feature in loftware may help me on this, but after some research i get to know it doesn't have fully javascript support features. **What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before loftware I was using SAP Smartforms to design labels, believe me it is a time consuming task, if I complete time consumed to design a label in loftware and Smartforms, if we are using Smartforms to design a label and we have consumed a week to design it perfectly, but with loftware we can deliver same label within an few hours everything is available in loftware just drag and drop, and adjust it as per the label, and this effects the delivery more than expected in a positive way. I love how nice label integrates with our odbc sql server database to pull information for printing all kinds of labels. Also a good feature is the ability to create forms for users to input data and then have labels print out manually. This has been a blessing having control on the label template and still allowing users to be able to input data without the fear of tweaking / messing up the actual label. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** There was nothing that i disliked so far about nice label. Each time I had an issue, I was able to solve it by reading on their website or contacting customer tech support. Maybe if they offered some more discounts or incentives for being a long time user of Nice Label ? I would also love to see more tutortials and videos for new ideas. **Recommendations to others considering Loftware Cloud:** I highly recommend giving Nice Label a try. I believe they offer a free trial on their website, so you may download and test the software to make sure it is a good fit for your needs before purchasing the software. I have been delighted with using NiceLabel over the past 8+ years, and it has never let me down. It integrates with all sorts of ERP systems and works with many different types of printers/label printers. I am sure if you encounter an issue or problem, the customer service team at NiceLabel will be able to help you fix it. It integrates with our ODBC, so as soon as a new product is added to our system, it will automatically appear in nice label. Before, we had to manually manage an excel spreadsheet that housed all of our customer shipping addresses as well as all of our product info for product labels. Adding new fields to labels is a simple drag-and-drop process, and it's easy to do common formatting tasks such as setting font size and alignment and common text manipulation tasks such as concatenation and trimming. Adding barcodes to labels is easy, and doesn't require any knowledge about barcodes other than knowing which symbology you want on the label. Adding additional printers is easy as well. The price is very good for enterprise-level software. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** The Label Designer allows you to use JavaScript to write scripts within labels in order to do more complex processing than is possible with simple formulas. However, the script editor is a small window and does not use a monospace font. It works, but it's not very nice to use. The Label Designer is little wonky regarding field size when designing the label versus field size then the label actually prints. The Label Designer shows the fields taking up more horizontal space than they actually do when they print. There's no way for the label to know ahead of time how wide/narrow the characters will be for non monospace fonts using real data, so there's probably not a way to fix that. But it takes a little trial and error when arranging fields that are close to each other horizontally. Often times, fields that the Label Designer shows are overlapping will not actually overlap when you print labels. **What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Each order that my company ships requires three types of labels: a 4" x 6" shipping label, a 4" x 6" customer UCC label, and a 8.5" x 5" internal picking document. I use Avery label stock which is an 8.5" x 11" sheet which contains the previously mentioned three label sections as peel-off labels. Loftware allows me to create different formats of shipping labels, UCC labels, and picking documents and format those three labels such that they print on the same sheet of 8.5" x 11" label stock. To print the labels, I create a simple text file of key/value pairs which contain the labels' data, then move the text file to a directory that Loftware monitors. Loftware picks up my file immediately, plugs the file's data into the labels' fields, and prints the labels. My company prints several thousand of these label sheets per day and Loftware works very smoothly. In about 15 years of using the software, I've only had problems a few times, and Loftware's support has been very responsive on each of those occasions. Loftware's support has also been great when I've called them and asked them how to do something within the software. ### 25. We were able to design a complete custom labeling solution, with 30+ label designs. The data for the system is in an Azure SQL Database and allows for transactions to occur in real time. Our operators are completely confined to the NiceLabel solution workflow, which is very important for accurate labeling. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** NiceLabel needs a browser based solution option, so that more work could be done via tablets instead of desktops. **What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small distribution company, printing about 30,000-50,000 labels per month. NiceLabel helped us to assign label types to a specific product, allowing operators to seamlessly move from product to product with very little specialized knowledge. It is easy for me to create and modify labels at both of my packaging plants. I have also used this with Zebra printers at Zodiac Aerospace. They are highly capable of delivering. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** At one of our plants we have it installed on a workstation, and if that workstation has issues we have issues. Moving it from one work station to another takes finesse.
