**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials?**

This tool is capable of handling multiple phrase languages and generating straightforward labels, all while ensuring verification by the appropriate regulatory and compliance authorities.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials?**

The software feels awkward to use and could benefit from being more intuitive. Support from Loftware is insufficient, as it lacks both technical expertise and real-world clinical trials business experience. Upgrading the software is challenging, and projects frequently run over schedule, mainly because of persistent bugs and software quality problems. The documentation is inadequate, and there is no online help available within the software.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring complete accuracy of all labels associated with Clinical Trial products is crucial for the business. Every piece of information that is shared externally must undergo careful verification and confirmation. The workflow starts with English text followed by translating the necessary words and sentences, followed by connecting the label text for a specific trial to this repository of information. The final label design itself or data export for 3rd parties is also reviewed. The final step involves either printing the labels in-house or forwarding the data to an external party for printing.  The system audits each step and actions and is always available for review.
