Lodging Suite is a cloud property management system built for independent hotels, motels, inns and B&Bs. It runs the whole front desk (tape chart, reservations, check-in, payments, housekeeping and more than 20 standard reports) in a web browser, with a staff app for iPhone, iPad and Android. What sets it apart is AI that does real work while you sleep. The optional Virtual Front Desk answers your property's phone calls and texts day and night in English, Spanish and French, quotes live rates, books the room and texts the guest a secure Stripe pay link. It never takes card numbers by phone. Smart Pricing suggests rate changes from your own bookings and demand. AI drafts replies to Booking.com and Expedia guest messages, suggests add-on offers and builds a morning housekeeping plan. Nothing changes without your approval unless you switch on autopilot. Pricing is simple: $5.99 per room per month for 1–49 rooms, $5.49 for 50–99 and $4.99 for 100 or more ($49 monthly minimum). There's no setup fee, contract, booking commission or card-processing markup. Unlimited staff accounts, the staff app, website booking, online check-in and QuickBooks are included. Try it free for 30 days with no credit card.
