CRM Capabilities: This is the biggest gap for me. As the system that holds all our guest and reservation data, it really needs a built-in CRM. Being able to tag guests, automate follow-ups, segment audiences, and build stronger guest relationships directly within Lodgify would take the platform to the next level. Accounting & Tax Handling: The accounting tool and tax settings could use more finesse—especially for those of us operating outside of Europe. I’m based in Canada, and while it's possible to set things up correctly, it often feels like a workaround. Making a change feels like threading a needle, and I always brace myself when tax rules shift. Channel Management: Their channel manager keeps my availability and pricing synced across platforms without fail, giving me peace of mind and saving hours of manual work. Website Builder: I was able to launch a fully functional, professional-looking website without hiring a developer or needing to know code. That independence is invaluable. Tech Stack Integration: The integrations available in the Lodgify Marketplace let me build a seamless tech ecosystem. From pricing tools to guest communication and automation, I can plug in what works best for my business strategy.
