**What do you like best about Locus?**

Great product and features. Helped us streamline the hub processes and create good plans for riders to follow

**What do you dislike about Locus?**

The technical support and technical resolution. Extremely slow technical resolutions given by the tech team to burning issues of our business. TAT was extremely high and the data presented to our stakeholders suffered because of it for an entire quarter.

**What problems is Locus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating plans for riders to take care of the last mile delivery procedure. Making good and concise driving routes to ensure timely deliveries.
