There is constant communication and updates between all the teams, and they are really cognizant of what it takes for labs like mine to be successful. From the initial meetings, there is an awareness and understanding from their staff that sets you at ease. Their scope of knowledge and expertise is what sets them apart and I’d highly recommend them.

In our NGS based, esoteric testing, our group from Third Wave really gets into detail on how to integrate the assay with the software.
