What do you like best about Lockbox LIMS?

It is a platform where you can set your business flow as you wish to operate. It has the baseline requirements for any lab. However, you create your own protocol and procedures, follow up on samples and have salesforce's reporting capabilities, which is an extra strength of the application that you don't see so often in other LIMS applications. "Experience with Third Wave and Lockbox LIMS"

What do you like best about Lockbox LIMS?

The team at Third Wave is fantastic and goes above and beyond what was expected. There is constant communication and updates between all the teams, and they are really cognizant of what it takes for labs like mine to be successful. From the initial meetings, there is an awareness and understanding from their staff that sets you at ease. The Third Wave staff is extremely helpful with assisting in prioritizing and scheduling the long-term goals we’ve set. Their scope of knowledge and expertise is what sets them apart and I’d highly recommend them.

In our NGS based, esoteric testing, our group from Third Wave really gets into detail on how to integrate the assay with the software. Different calculations and circumstances are part of a clinical laboratory and there is a seamless transition from benchtop to laptop, making it a straightforward and comprehensive part of our lives. They have met and exceeded our needs and wants, we could not be more pleased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
