Locari is built in Berlin, by landlords, for landlords — with one single aim: reducing the time investment it takes you, to rent out a property. Whether you want to scale further, or just take a break. Locari runs the rental from listing to lease — publishes to the biggest property portals, answers applicants 24/7, schedules viewings, and verifies documents against your tenant criteria. You stay in control — even on the go via WhatsApp. Rental work that doesn't need a human shouldn't have one. You only step in to decide and meet the shortlist.
