It underperforms during the mass import of data. I think they could improve by having an option to quickly connect with support, and error banners should be visible for more than three seconds so I can take a screenshot. LocalZen makes it much easier to manage many locations from one place. It's especially valuable when we need to quickly update information across many locations. The platform is easy to use and intuitive. I appreciate that LocalZen is constantly being developed with new features and improvements released regularly, which truly impacts the quality of our daily work and the results of our activities. LocalZen’s support is helpful and always helps us get the most out of the platform. I also value new features such as AI-supported review replies and sentiment analysis, which allow us to understand more about how our stores are performing.
