- I believe my case was impossible, with corona stuff, with Taliban taking over Afghanistan (the country I started off the journey), having to deal with 3rd and 4th German embassies in New Delhi and Tehran and complying with all their rules, and after all, to help us get our documents processed. It is really hard to think about! I can think about the tools they are using for communication (messaging) Intercom, it happened to be buggy in the past and it is not obviously not the best UX for the long messages or long conversations.

I find that if I have to say something that isn't going so well, it's that our employees sometimes don't know exactly what to do at the beginning of a process or how the process works and then turn to us with queries.
