The platform is super intuitive - the chat function allows me to ask my questions directly to the case manager. Updates are being shared via the platform, too (e.g. about appointments). Whenever action on my end is required, I get a notification. All documents that are relevant to the process can be accessed via the platform, both from the talent and from the employer's side. The process is as automated as possible, whenever something is out of the regular the case manager jumps in to solve the issue. We are using the product on a daily basis. The downside is the lack of tax and social secuirty support you can provide, there are far more types of moves that happen such as assignments and cross border cases that we see in the workplace and having one vendor that can handle all of that makes a difference.
