Could I manage these efforts on my own? Yes—and I have in the past. But the peace of mind that comes from knowing I have a trusted partner looking out for my business is genuinely priceless. I don’t really have any dislikes. The only challenging part has been coming to terms with the reality of today’s marketing costs. LocalIQ has helped me understand what it truly takes to compete and grow. What problems is LocaliQ solving and how is that benefiting you? LocalIQ is helping my business solve two important challenges. First, it delivers a steady flow of qualified leads, which is critical in a highly competitive industry. Second, it takes away much of the complexity and time required to manage digital marketing on my own. Rather than spending hours analyzing campaigns, tweaking ads, and trying to keep up with constantly changing marketing strategies, I’m able to focus on serving the families who have entrusted us with their loved one’s care. I can use analytics to track how well my advertising is performing. There is still a person I can check in with if I have an issue, and they often have new products that can make my job easier. In many cases, I have been with them long enough that my service rep will find ways for me to either get what I am looking for at no charge or at least get a chance to try it at no cost to see if it is worth the extra cost. The account managers on the team can identify what's working and why. My account manager Kristin has a creative team that can also take assets that we provide them with and streamline our creative resources so as to not put any stress on internal teams. I also love the dashboard that gives you access in real time on campaign performance and audience insights leading my team to make smarter marketing decisions ultimately leading to sales or conversions. The least helpful thing about localiq - I think it's that the dashboards will give you the data but they can't tell you how to interpret it. I wish that we had this capability. I like that the representatives I worked with at LocaliQ provided solid recommendations and claimed to be targeting increasingly precise niche couples in a tightening geographic area. I found the ROI did not reach an acceptable level given the fairly large cost of the various ads. I also experienced difficulties during the initial setup because there were personnel changes at LocaliQ around the time I signed up. My account was temporarily lost when my account manager left the company, and there were issues with the initial salesperson changing the contract after I had already signed it, which increased the ad spend without my approval. The connection to our EISF system is fantastic as it eliminates the double entry, saving time and easing the burden on our recruitment person. Their communication is amazing; they keep us informed about everything, and they are very responsive to all their emails. The team is a wonderful group of people to work with, and the initial setup was super easy. Their support made the process seamless and easy to understand. LocaliQ is a highly trustworthy partner and takes that need competently. What I like most is how Paige and Robert, my agents, keep me informed and connected to what they're trying, what's working, what didn't, and how they know. It really helps to demystify the black box of marketing online. Their effort to keep me updated and informed helps me see the value they provide and the context of its worth in potential revenue for the future.
