After they merged with this local IQ. They did not contact their current customers to let them know that their support email had changed. And no this is not an isolated incident as I was referred to Thrive Hive by another business owner who has had the same issue. I also referred my husbands business and he has no information regarding a merger or new support email. I was emailing them and it never bounced back. I never received a notice that the email was no longer in use or redirected to a new support email. Finally called them and someone did call me back although he was very nice I didn't feel as confident that this merger was the best for Thrive Hives original customers. Now I am trying to perform some edits and my web pages will not load. I tried the chat bot but a tech person is not available to discuss or find out what is going on. I left another message but the message said someone would call me within the next two days. I am a business owner and don't have time for these delays. Can anyone recommend another platform? I like that you can add different accounts from your different digital ads efforts and they give you a report on how you are doing and how to improve. It also gives you ideas on what you can do to make things better and to improve your overall campaigns. It also lets you do ads on the website and gives you tips and keywords that are commonly searched so that you can include it in your ad. It will also give you a 20-minute week where you can focus 20 minutes of your week to improve the marketing adds in different areas like search traffic optimization, ads, split ad groups, placements, lookalike page fans, and remarketing website visitors. I wish it could include the new next-door marketing effort for ads as well as a better synchronization with Facebook like it has with google and bing. Working with them in recent months has been a nightmare. I had to find out they changed their prices by looking them up (while being a current user) and found they lowered their pricing for the same services but decided not to let current users know and only honor pricing once it was asked for. Put in a billing request and you may hear back, but there's a good chance you'll have to contact customer service to get anything done. I used to like the software and consulting but have decided to leave because of how bad the experience has been and how they've decided to treat their current customers. For ones Google Ads compensate, I use Wordstream, and my ROI has been improved massively. Before using Wordstream, my awareness with PPC ads was really restricted but calling my account manager twice weekly helped me learn a lot extra. I begin my calls to inquiries about the performance of the consideration and maybe we'll offer any suggestions to ramp the acct. The proposals are very useful and are often very effective. I don't like that much, however there are a few attributes also on Wordstream platform that are not supported, so I must do them on my Google Adwords consideration. We like the smart feature to pre-plan our campaigns. So it is also possible to create ads far in advance and activate them automatically.
