They answer emails within hours and frequently consult our team on strategy, whether it's related to paid ads or miscellaneous marketing channels. Our account manager provides customized reports that we then use to track results and perform revenue attribution. We have been happy with their services, as their expertise and experience in the ad space has led to positive revenue results for our company. **What do you dislike about LocaliQ?** No complaints! The only issue that's ever arisen is discrepancies related to billing, but LocaliQ has always been prompt to solve these issues and answer all our questions about rates and schedules. **What problems is LocaliQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team has the ability to run display ad campaigns, but we decided to hire campaign management out to LocaliQ for the sake of efficiency. 5 hours of their time running ads is more effectively spent than 5 of our own hours, and is totally worth the cost to us. Their platform tools are intuitive and effective for follow-ups and performance measurement. They are easy to use and make it simple to stay organized and on track. Customer support is excellent—they consistently go above and beyond to assist their clients. **What do you dislike about LocaliQ?** What I like least about LocaliQ is the ease of integration. While their tools are generally user-friendly, integrating them with our internal systems has been challenging—partly because of our own tools and company policies. This has occasionally slowed down implementation and required additional workarounds. **What problems is LocaliQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** LocaliQ is primarly supporting our acquisition efforts by activating paid advertising campaigns to generate and track leads across multiple digital channels. It helps us identify the source of each lead.
