If there are issues, customer support is incredibly responsive. **What do you dislike about LocalImpact?** The social sharing PNG that it creates is a little simplistic, probably geared towards a business user instead of an agency. Since I'm working for clients, I have to create more polished infographics than is supported by that feature. **What problems is LocalImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy to share reviews on a website using their widget and it helps me respond quickly to reviews left on my client's profiles. ### 9. At the beginning when I first signed up I wished they had a demo for me to get to know the software and be able to use it right away.
