This is a bit wild, i have seldomly needed support of the product. But the support, explanations and genuine interest in me as a customer is among the top experiences I have ever had.

On the product itself, I love the bulk-mass translations that can easily be done with a single click. This makes it much easier for translators to have context when reviewing, cutting the time and money spend on translators in half. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows to translate and review various types of content and you can count on many features helping to streamline your job (e.g. comments, screenshots, notes, automated translation, variable management, etc.). Localazy has been a game-changer for our localisation efforts. I have tried various localisation tools in the past, but Localazy stands out as the best one. It not only takes away all the headaches related to creating and maintaining up-to-date localisation resources and allows you to easily create a community that helps with the translation.

The service offers a rich set of automation options, starting with technical ones such as a CLI that can be used in a CI pipeline or OTA/CDN updates/delivery and ending with various machine pre-translations or human-assisted continuous translation.

Localazy is not the first localization tool we’ve tried; it is the best one, though. We initially migrated to Localazy because of their efficient, performant Web UI. Other similar sites were notoriously slow to use.

But what has kept us on the platform is their ground-breaking Shared Translation Memory feature. Why spend time & money translating the same phrase across multiple apps, I’m talking about simple strings like “OK” and “Cancel”, those don’t differ across apps, and have already been translated countless times by others. So instead of re-translating them again and again, we simply reuse translations authored/contributed by other apps.

Localazy’s CLI (command-line interface) is another significant factor that keeps us on the platform: We’ve been able to script it to integrate Localazy cleanly into our development practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
