I like that Local Falcon has AI mapped tracking capabilities, which is a huge upgrade for us. It's the best platform right now to do what's best for the clients because it can track map rankings in real time without using a cache like BrightLocal does. Also, the API helps us improve our SEO strategies constantly and allows us to generate centralized reports. The ability to integrate and group SEO information from platforms like Semrush, Local Falcon, and Google Search Console Analytics into one platform is quite valuable as it helps us make actionable reports on what both the client and we need to improve. I think that communication with the support could be improved. I sent a few emails to fine-tune the transition, and they weren't always timely responded to. There was no follow-up, and when you're trying to assist a marketing company with over 45 locations, better support would have made us switch earlier. I like most that the reports are very nicely put out and very visual. I like the heat map the most, actually, because it's something visual that you can share with your clients. It's a very valuable tool, and the colour-coded heat map shows your true local visibility. The initial setup was very easy, and I was able to use the AI chat function to help me along. I think Local Falcon is very easy to use, with an interface that I find quite intuitive. I can search both in written and directed form, which is quite convenient. I also value the payment method and the ability to save histories, as well as the possibility to group by company and create filters to view previous histories. The reporting section of Local Falcon is limited only to geolocation. There are competitors in Brazil, such as GBP cheque, that offer more robust reporting options and consolidated views over time.
