We bought lobster_data to get a middleware between our ERP system on the first side and some customers and suppliers on the other side. We can perform checks against REST_API before the files are loaded into the ERP system, so we can improve error handling.

I personally love that even though we are on Pacific Time, they have allowed customer service to assist us until 10am our time :) I also really appreciate the amount of time everyone has put into helping me and training me, without the team there is no way our EDI jobs would be working as seamless as they do now!
