I believe template management in Lob could be significantly improved. Currently, everything relies heavily on HTML, which poses a challenge, especially for marketing users who aren't developers. It essentially requires one to be an HTML developer to create or edit designs, which is not user-friendly for most. If Lob incorporated a Canva-like or drag-and-drop editor, it would lower the entry barrier and make interfacing with the platform much easier for the average user.
