"Great Automations, Tracking, and Figma Integration with Smooth Onboarding"
4/5
What do you like best about Lob?

Automations and tracking ability. The onboarding has been great too. We are utilizing figma so its nice to have that integration. We also love that it is post pay and price is comparable to other vendors. It seems to be performing well with just slight issues that I have noticed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

It's hard to say now as we have just started using the platform. But I did notice some wonky things in the campaign flow. Error messages etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

That you need to learn the coding language and api system they use to take actions in bulk, and the support team won't do it for you, just tell you to get an engineer to do it on your end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Mail Automation, Needs Enhanced Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Lob?

I like how user-friendly Lob is. It's just easy to use, which makes it nice to be able to log in and see everything in one place. This user-friendliness also makes scaling easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

I would like it to help more with undeliverablilty of addresses, and be able to break down pricing by week instead of month. Would also like to have a feature that shows when the mail piece actually got delivered to the mail box, not just in one place where you see it was actually sent from USPS. There were some clunkiness with the account set up at the beginning but it's been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LOB FOR DIRECT MAIL"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lob?

Lob is a powerful direct mail automation platform designed to simplify and scale physical mail workflows. best features like Automated Direct Mail, Address Verification, Tracking & Analytics, Templates & HTML Support & Custom Integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

Lob is a powerful platform for direct mail, but it comes with a few limitations. It primarily focuses on U.S.-based mailing, with limited international support. While it supports HTML-based templates, design flexibility can be constrained for more complex layouts. Once mail is sent, it cannot be canceled or recalled, which makes real-time troubleshooting difficult. For large-scale campaigns, Lob can be more expensive compared to traditional bulk mail providers. Delivery times may vary depending on third-party print partners, and accurate data formatting is crucial—any inconsistency can lead to processing errors. Additionally, while Lob provides robust APIs, technical knowledge is often required to set up and manage integrations effectively. Lastly, it lacks built-in A/B testing tools, requiring manual effort to compare campaign performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
