Sometimes buggy (error alerts shown for errors that are already fixed, canceled order notification after the order was confirmed due to an error on Lob's part); can't send brochures in the same easy way you would send letters and postcards; can't preview envelope design. "Easy to use, with high quality data"

What do you like best about Lob?

We were able to get up and running quickly with their address verification service, and it returns high quality data. The pricing was pretty reasonable to get started as well, and scales with us as we go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy and stable APIs for sending checks and certified letters, meeting the legal requirements for certified mail our industry demands. "Lob review from frontend dev working with US and international addresses"

What do you like best about Lob?

Very fast APIs. Address responses for US addresses are very detailed. The documentation is very clear and the APIs are well designed allowing for easy integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

Seems to be more suited to US addresses from my testing. For international addresses the address responses are not as detailed. International addresses were not available to be tested in the test environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lob solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the application I work on we receive address information from customers, mainly over the phone, by call centre agents using the application. This can mean that different agents input addresses differently and different customers provide them in different formats. LOB ensures all addresses are complete and in the same format.
