What do you like best about Lob?

Its easy to use. The API is straightforward. If you want to send custom mail they make it very easy. Very customizable. Having a staging/prod environment is very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

They have changed the pricing making it less attractive for SMB. Their billing system/platform is not very good. Our account went past due, and their automated billing emails went into spam. They never thought to have a human call us and let us know, so that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Address Verification Service with Fast Multiple API response"

To get the full value of Lob, it would be good to have access to someone who codes. The language isn't super important. They support the most common ones. What problems is Lob solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking x background logistics: This was a major issue. Regadrless of where our employee was located, the check was sent from one location leading to massive delays on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lob:

Not built for shift gig model but simple payroll or address verification, Lob is ideal. The largest issue had to be logistics. I believe regardless of where are employee was situated, the checks were sent from one central location so that meant some getting paid in 2 days vs 10 days. What do you like best about Lob?

We periodically need to send a form out, and their web interface allows us to upload a PDF, preview how it will send, and pay a very very small fee to have it physically mailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far nothing, although I worry that because it's not "geared" for low volume, it feels a bit like an accident it works as well as it does for us. I do thus worry they may one day change the product offering to shut out our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I could not operate my company without it"

What do you like best about Lob?

They do everything for me. I upload a mailing list and Lob prints, seals, and stamps hundreds of letters a month for me. And I'm able to issue checks from Lob! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
