Easy to get your loan information on system. 

**What do you dislike about LoanShark?**

Interest rates are extremely high. Customer service is hard to communicate with. 

**Recommendations to others considering LoanShark:**

Lower rates and wait time to talk to customer support. 

**What problems is LoanShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having my funds liquid. Easy to make payments.
