What do you like best about LoanPro?

LoanPro is a very easy software and a good program for any company with loan services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoanPro?

If you want to combine this software with a text reminder for your customer's payment. They have a partnership with a specific company, which means that you can't use the company you like but the one they offer only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LoanPro?

- Robust and intuitive APIs for implementation and feature development

- Modern UI interface for day to day use

- Bit of a learning curve to understand all the features and functionalities

- Have to rotate keys every once in a while

What problems is LoanPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started a brand new consumer lending platform and one of the most critical functions is loan servicing. With many legacy providers out there, we were looking for the most modern platform that allowed us to get up and running in the shortest amount of time possible. Not as much "out of the box" at the start - requires some basic configuration to determine standard reports to build out compared to most where you receive a batch listing nightly of 10-15 daily reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LoanPro?

The number one feature of LoanPro is its robust API. Hands down! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoanPro?

The user interface is somewhat clunky (can be spaced too far wide, potentially not optimized for Chrome?) It works but takes some getting used to, knowing where to look for things at the bottom of certain pages, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
