What do you like best about LoanPro?

They offer a lot of customization in terms of data models. They have even helped us get set up for being able to access our data directly for making our our reports/APIs and other needs.

We have good direct access to the LoanPro team for troubleshooting and questions and people respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoanPro?

The customization also leads to some confusing data structures and not always easy to know where to find what we need. There's not always consistency between the data/APIs. While we've worked out some better communication patterns, we find things will break with. No notice of changes other than our systems error and we have to ask "did something change?" When we get direct access to folks on the technology side, things do tend to go a bit smoother.

The UI is not super intuitive (in my opinion) and feels a bit dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
