It seems to be safe and secure. LoanPost make all the task so simple and without stress. There are representatives always available to help. They also have options for student loans. It is helpful, especially for small businesses. I like the fact that they have a DIY Loan Mode that helps homeowners to create an online account through their own site. Another positive point is that they offer training for companies that use LoanPost. **What do you dislike about LoanPost?** Although the representatives are available to help, sometimes the loan approval process takes a long time. If the process were a little bit faster, it would be perfect. Also, I did not find the application in my AppStore. I am not sure if they have an app. It seems we can just log in through their website, which makes it a bit difficult if you want to do something on your phone. **What problems is LoanPost solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a way to modify a loan. It is simple with less amount of paperwork. I like the fact that I can do everything by myself, from viewing to updating and adding documents to my account. ### 2. Hence, I am always risk-free. An arduous task like loan management was never this stress-free. **What do you dislike about LoanPost?** LoanPost is a great, helpful platform however I feel there are times when the process of approvals to the loan management takes longer than expected. The representatives are in touch all through however I believe making the process a bit quicker would make it nearly perfect. **What problems is LoanPost solving and how is that benefiting you?** LoanPost is making it easier to get a loan. With a simple, straightforward process of minimal documents required, excellent customer service all through the loan approval from the moment of filling the application to a brilliant user interface - LoanPost is making loan financing a breeze. I love their very user-friendly user interface. **What do you dislike about LoanPost?** The web-based software is a bit costly, around 250$ per month. I also found a much cheaper web-based tool in the web market. Also, we need this tool for ten users but not available. **What problems is LoanPost solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have all the built-in Home Affordable Modification Program, HAFA user-ready & finance-ready documents, packages and waivers needed for loan changes and short transactions. We can have packages auto-fill with the user and organization information with a single click. ### 5.
