LoanMaven CRM is a standalone mortgage CRM for mortgage brokers, loan officers, processors and independent mortgage banks. It is built by HelloMavens, whose founders led mortgage sales and CRM teams at Rocket Mortgage, and it does not require Salesforce. Loans sync from Arive, and each loan file holds borrowers, conditions, documents, tasks and status. Loan officers get a dashboard of production stats and action items, a daily call list with a built-in Twilio dialer, and a pipeline view of every loan by stage. New leads are routed to loan officers licensed in the property's state and scored by rules the team sets. Gmail and Outlook email is logged on the right record, and Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar sync both ways. No-code flows automate follow-ups, and Zapier and webhooks connect other systems. A built-in income calculator handles W-2, self-employed and mixed income. For shops on Salesforce, the same tools are available as LoanMaven for Salesforce, a managed package.
