**What do you like best about LoanAssistant?**

User friendly and easy to use. Great customer service, they respond quickly and thoroughly to questions and issues. Quickbooks integration is wonderful and convienent.

**What do you dislike about LoanAssistant?**

It is only compatible with Windows platform which limits use and restrict client base. Needs a 24/7 support team to help with questions and issues at all times.

**What problems is LoanAssistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Additional customization, integration with other software, and customer service responsiveness. They continue to work with specific needs to meet individually tailored solutions.

**What do you like best about LoanAssistant?**

LoanAssistant was very easy to use. I was able to link it to our QuickBooks. It's an efficient tool for loan servicing.

**What do you dislike about LoanAssistant?**

Honestly, there were no dislikes about LoanAssistant.

**What problems is LoanAssistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LoanAssistant is able to manage multiple lines of credit. This benefits me by allowing everything to be in one place rather than having multiple services and multiple add-ons.
