Loadmii is a cloud-based logistics software platform developed by DirectX MGT Inc in Dallas, Texas. Built primarily for owner-operators and small trucking fleets, Loadmii connects transportation operations with the business relationships that support them. The platform also provides dedicated workflows for independent dispatchers and freight brokerages. Loadmii’s transportation management system (TMS) brings load management and truck dispatch together with invoicing and driver settlements. Carriers can assign drivers and equipment, organize shipment documents, track fuel and operating expenses, and manage fleet maintenance records. AI-assisted load creation extracts information from rate confirmations, reducing repetitive data entry. For freight brokerages, Loadmii supports quoting, customer and carrier management, load coordination, and financial workflows. Dedicated brokerage tools help businesses organize carrier payments and customer billing while maintaining visibility into freight margins. Loadmii Network gives transportation businesses a place to establish their company presence and develop industry relationships. Businesses can publish profiles, discover service providers, and connect with carriers, freight brokers and other logistics professionals. These connections support the same businesses managing their daily operations within the platform. Loadmii is built around the needs of smaller transportation businesses: less time handling paperwork, clearer control over operating costs, and better access to the people and services they depend on. Its purpose is to give owner-operators and small fleets the technology to operate reliably and compete with larger trucking companies.
