Loadmaster is a software that does good with integrating with the industry tech. The UI is a little outdated looking, but I personally like this. We are on a hosted setup, which can be pricey, but the performance is much better since we do not run in house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LoadMaster? The price is a little high for the hosted environment, however it makes it significantly easier to onboard with the team since we did not have to host the software. What problems is LoadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you? Loadmaster helps us integrate with the many new forms of technology that are entering the industry. There are many AI tools that Loadmaster integrates and it makes it futureproof so that we can stick with the same solution for years. This brings data intelligence from other areas of the industry into our company. When it comes to API and automation, we are able to use very powerful tools to leverage an easier workflow. There are so many tasks you can do, including dispatch, track ETA's, locate tractors and trailers, track drivers' HOS, billing info, etc. The possibilities are endless. We use a local server data base and it just keeps up with our mid-sized company needs. We would like to upgrade and add more functionality, but products and services are pricey and it is hard to make the leap to update to new versions or add additional users. Minimizing paper and having digital copies linked to our orders allows us to be more efficient. McLeod can customize forms and create add ins to suit specific needs. Just beware they charge premium for the services. McLeod was above par when helping us rebuild a database and recover images that were lost due to hardware failure. LoadMaster has several advantages in navigating from one screen to another with the click of a button. As soon as I began getting used to it, it because very easy to navigate also. We have also had some issues with down time. It also isn't really user friendly for new users. I haven't been able to track the loads as well yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering LoadMaster: You will want to have an extensive training because there is so much that can be done with LoadMaster. The more you know, the better you can use it.
