LoadingCalendar Dock appointment scheduling software for warehouses and factories. It replaces the whiteboard, shared Excel sheet or Outlook calendar used to plan loadings. What it does Carriers and suppliers book their own dock times through your company's Booking Portal link. They verify their email once, then see only free slots and their own bookings. Double-booking isn't possible, since each slot holds one appointment and the calendar updates live. Your team sees all loadings by day or week, in calendar or list view, with color-coded statuses (New, Arrived, In progress, Done). Arrival and start times are recorded automatically, so late trucks show up in the statistics without anyone tracking them by hand. LoadingCalendar is a scheduling tool and is kept simple on purpose. There are no pre-built ERP or WMS connectors; integrations are built on your side using the API. Who it's for Manufacturers, wholesalers and logistics companies with 1–5 warehouses and 2–10 docks per site, where the warehouse team currently handles carrier scheduling by phone, email or spreadsheet.
