We appreciate the clear interface and the detailed reports, especially the inclusion of a business impact study. The feature that allows us to generate virtual load workers on demand is particularly impressive. We've found this product to be essential to the success of our website and customer-facing portal. The price point delivers outstanding value for the investment. Additionally, the staff's hands-on approach to resolving issues and their quick turnaround for meetings are major advantages of working with this vendor. I would not hesitate to recommend them! The screen recorder continues to be enhanced by the company, so my main request has already been addressed.
