## About LNK360
Mutualink, Inc., incorporated in Connecticut in 2006, is a worldwide leader in interoperable communications solutions for public safety, homeland security and enterprise sectors. Based in Wallingford, CT, Mutualink is a privately-owned company with research and development facilities in Westford, MA, Mayaguez, PR and Allen, TX. A growing team of over 70 employees develop and deliver Mutualink’s hardware and software, helping agencies worldwide interoperate and communicate. The company connects voice, video and data among thousands of global customers who participate on the Interoperable Response and Preparedness Platform (IRAPP) network. The solution grew out of needs identified following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, when FEMA developed the National Incident Management System (NIMS).

**What do you like best about LNK360?**

I like how streamlined the system is and how user friendly it is.

**What do you dislike about LNK360?**

I don’t really dislike anything, of course I don’t get to see the full spectrum of its effects and benefits.

**What problems is LNK360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That would be a question for my higher ups. My speculative answer would be communication during emergencies.
