Good tool to manage your bussiness **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sandra F. | Customer service representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025 **What do you like best about LMN?** I like that we have many tools and I have a record of every job done, it is easy to use, really good customer service **What do you dislike about LMN?** I don´t like that we ton´t have the option to import the information an generate a smartsheet or a googlesheet,or excel, and some of the jobs I have to do should be done one by one, for ie, every year we need to generate the ssame estimates we made last year **What problems is LMN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now I can send the proposals from LMN instead of creating a new email, I know that LMN is a company that tries to find a way to help you ### 2. It is so helpful to set yourself up for consistency and success when using these tools **What do you dislike about LMN?** The program is very rigid - there is very much room for flexibility if you have a job or project out of the norm. Also to update settings and add in jobs etc there are a lot of steps going back and forth between different menu windows that gets combersome quickly. **Recommendations to others considering LMN:** Excellent if your operations are basic and straight forward. **What problems is LMN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling, routing jobs and storing customer details are the biggest benefits of LMN for us. Having customer info centralized makes finding info easier, automated routing makes our crews more efficient and scheduling changes are easy making our busy ever changing operations a breeze. ### 3. Virtually all the tools you will need for a self-perform landscape business. **What do you dislike about LMN?** The tools for subcontracting offers for your work are not as comprehensive. **Recommendations to others considering LMN:** If you are primarily a self-perform company this is a very useful tool. **What problems is LMN solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use LMN for all of our out of scope proposals. It is a great tool for both building and storing proposals. ### 4. The more data you feed it, the more detail you can achieve **What do you dislike about LMN?** There are several oversights and inconsistencies in visual, vocabulary, and system bugs that limit customization or correction to fit your individual companies needs—room for improvement with forced double entry when the software should be more intuitive. **What problems is LMN solving and how is that benefiting you?** More detailed estimating and reporting to control profit margins to stick to budget & goals ### 5. Good program **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2019 **What do you like best about LMN?** Love that my crew can be in the field and have access to creating a time sheet for the day. Also knowing where the crews are is a big help. **What do you dislike about LMN?** Some of the aspects need to be updated. Some parts you seach by crew last name and then other by first name. It doesn't make sense that it is done both ways. When doing payroll you have to individually select team members. We only have around 50- employees, I can't imagine what big companies to, having a select all button would be a huge time saver. **Recommendations to others considering LMN:** Fully investigate if this product will meet your needs. Go to training. Implement using all aspects. **What problems is LMN solving and how is that benefiting you?** More accurate timesheets from crew members.
