It builds AI agents for back office automation at manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors: order processing, invoice processing, quote generation and purchase order automation, run inside the ERP a company already uses (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Exact, AFAS, Infor, Oracle NetSuite and others). The agents read sales orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders and order confirmations from email, PDF, Excel and customer portals, check every line against ERP master data and business rules, and post the clean ones the way a person would. People only handle the exceptions, with the reason and the source documents attached. What Lleverage automates: - Sales order processing: orders in any format (email, PDF, Excel) matched to master data, entered in the ERP and confirmed to the customer. Quotes drafted for the team to review and send. - Accounts payable automation: supplier invoices matched 3 ways (purchase order, goods receipt, invoice), booked within your tolerances, incoming payments reconciled and debtor reminders sent on the due date. A person always releases payments. - Purchase order automation: purchase orders raised against your contracts, larger ones routed to the right approver, supplier order confirmations checked and late replies chased. - Customer service and logistics: "where is my order" answered from live ERP and carrier data, shipping documents drafted. - Planning: demand forecasting and production scheduling. 2 modes cover the work. Supervised agents take jobs in Microsoft Teams, Slack or a shared inbox. Background automation runs high-volume processes, such as order entry and invoice matching, as the work arrives. Every correction becomes decision logic the company owns, so each next process deploys faster. That knowledge is exportable and never used to train anyone else's model. Control stays with your team: thresholds, approval levels (suggest, approve, autonomous) and a full audit trail on every record touched. There is no ERP migration project. Hosting is in the EU, with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance and zero data retention. Lleverage is an AI agent alternative to OCR, RPA and classic AP automation tools: instead of extracting data for a person to key in, it processes the order or invoice end to end in the ERP.
