Liyagent is a platform for running AI agents inside the business systems a company already uses. It comes with built-in agents for the IT service desk, HR, SAP, Salesforce and finance, and your team can configure its own agents on the same controls. The IT service desk agents take tickets in from Microsoft Teams, email, Jira and ServiceNow, set the category and priority, fold repeat reports into one known issue, suggest fixes from your knowledge base and route each ticket to the right team. The HR agents answer employees' leave, holiday and policy questions from Workday or BambooHR, as that employee, and pass sensitive matters to a person in HR. Liya Finance matches vendor invoices to purchase orders in NetSuite or Dynamics 365 and flags the ones that differ. The SAP agents work through SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors APIs, and the Salesforce agent acts as the signed-in user. Every agent follows the same rules. It acts as the person who asked, with that person's permissions. Any action that changes data waits for a person to approve it. Each agent has a budget it cannot exceed. Every model call passes access policies and guardrails that can mask personal data and block prompt attacks. Every action is written to a hash-chained audit log, and exported evidence is signed so an auditor can check it without access to the system. You choose the AI model: Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Google Gemini, Vertex AI or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including models you run yourself. People sign in through your identity provider with OpenID Connect, and accounts can be provisioned with SCIM.
