LIX it is basically known for it's detailed analysis to track the clicks and makes the comprehensive matrices. More on it's integration with others tools and platforms makes it more seamlessly **What do you dislike about LIX It!?** Not to much I dislikes LIX it, but few of them are like sometimes user get the free versions of it which makes it very limited, and second things is that some times viewing the comprehensive metrics is bit not perfectly. **What problems is LIX It! solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRM integration: LIX it integration is good tools to comprehend broader analysis of the data which makes it us a good marketing analytics decisions. ### 5. The removal of the process of copying and pasting profiles saves me time and allows me to concentrate on the leads qualification. **What do you dislike about LIX It!?** The only thing that I did not like is that it is not linked with my Customer Relation Manager. I found out that to input this data I have to copy and paste the data from an Excel file, and this can be cumbersome and sometimes result to mistakes. **What problems is LIX It! solving and how is that benefiting you?** LIX It! has proven to be highly effective in enhancing the lead generation process to a great degree. In this way information collection is made much easier and time can be saved in creating and nurturing those opportunities or a customers. ### 6. I like them primarily because of their excellent customer service. The good documentation, the quality of the APIs they offer, and the overall concept behind it it's impressive. With the information they provide, a person can be exceptionally productive, whether they are a developer or, let's say, an HR. Personally, I used their API to gather information about newly registered users in my application. After collecting the information, I can generate interview questions based on their LinkedIn profiles. The data is incredibly detailed, including information that is not visible to the naked eye. I wholeheartedly endorse this API as it offers tremendous possibilities, provided to one who has ideas. **What do you dislike about LIX It!?** One thing that I might not necessarily like, but it doesn't solely depend on me, but on them as well, is perhaps the slightly higher cost. I understand that it's not an easy task to extract such detailed information so easily, but still, this is the only thing that I don't even consider as criticism; I'm simply mentioning it because it's a required field. **What problems is LIX It! solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems they solve? I'm not quite sure how to formulate my answer. I can mention the things they provide, such as quick access to easily processed information that can be used for various purposes. From generating interview questions, as I did, to gathering profiles with the idea of selecting the right candidate for a position, to training LLM with this information, and many, many other things. Whether they solve problems, I don't know, but I do know that they give ideas to people like me. ### 7. Set it up in a couple of minutes. Exported my first file within 10 minutes of download. Just so easy and works exactly as they say it will. Only charges you for leads that are "valid" meaning they passed all AI tests. Gives alternative emails too. **What do you dislike about LIX It!?** Hard to say anything negative so far. I guess the only thing I wish is I had 10 billion emails for free because outside of that fantasy there's nothing I've found wrong so far. **What problems is LIX It! solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generates good leads that are ready to import into our Pipedrive. Easy. No hassle. Support replied to my question in less than 2 minutes. ### 8. I'm often training fresh graduates in sales roles and these tools can be just one more obstacle in getting them started. Lix is simple to get the hang of, which saves me a ton of time. Plus I love that I can monitor their usage to see if they're making the most of it. **What do you dislike about LIX It!?** I think the toolbar could look a little nicer, it doesn't fit with the rest of the design so well and the Download button appears in a weird place. **What problems is LIX It! solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for lead gen, we're an email-first team and we need large lists. Then when we build a lead, we can go back to Lix for the deep profile info to build a better profile of that lead. ### 9. They're s small team working super hard to make a great product. It gets better every month, new features, improvements etc. I highly recommend Lix. **What do you dislike about LIX It!?** In the early days they had issues, but they were always quick to communicate them. Until recently their email leads were only about 80% accurate, now they're at 98% which is awesome. **What problems is LIX It! solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me it's all about data rather than leads so much. I work in data science so I need large data sets to work with. Getting that much business data at scale is hard but with Lix its quick and super straightforward. ### 10. That's about it. **What do you dislike about LIX It!?** Terrible customer support. They told me "goodbye" when I requested at least twice for my account to be deleted. I had to go back and forth about deleting my account. It would be helpful if this functionality was built into the UI. I don't think they understand the laws around customers requesting to delete their data. I am glad I didn't give them my payment information. They seem to be a non-US-based company and I was unable to find any managers or the CEO.
