For my needs, Livid is actually more effective and easier to manage than Vimeo Pro was. The platform does everything I need, the product continues to improve, and the customer support has been excellent. **What do you dislike about Livid?** My only issue is not really a problem with Livid. My WordPress site uses Thrive Themes, and Thrive Architect does not currently let me insert and edit Livid video links as seamlessly as it handled Vimeo links. I have to take a few extra steps by adding the Livid links through the standard WordPress block editor and then confirming that everything works correctly inside Thrive Architect. Setting up a showcase was easy, and organizing videos with new folders is really simple; I can apply the same appearance style from a selected video across other different videos quickly which was extremely helpful for the migration. The lifetime deal on AppSumo initially influenced my decision to move, but even beyond that Livid's pricing plans are cheaper than Vimeo's plans and I've never 'loved' using Vimeo anyway. I also really resonated with Livid's marketing; it made me smile reading their website copy. I also appreciate the easy customization options for the video players and the effective bulk editing, appearance, and permissions management for all my videos. The UI is intuitive, and I picked it up quickly.
