LiveTrace is a UK network monitoring and observability platform that gives IT teams one clear view of the entire estate. Most monitoring tools stop at servers and networks. LiveTrace goes further, bringing workspace endpoints, the core network, applications, OT, IoT and the physical layer, including CCTV and building systems, into a single window, so nothing sits in a blind spot. The platform does three things a wall of dashboards cannot. It correlates related alerts into one ticket per real issue, so engineers see the root cause rather than hundreds of symptoms. It predicts failures before they become outages. And it ranks every incident by live business impact, so the work that matters most rises to the top rather than the loudest alert winning. Pricing is simple and published, at one price per node from £5 a month, with up to ten years of data retention included and no charges by sensor, host or gigabyte. LiveTrace is natively multi tenant, which suits managed service providers and enterprise IT alike, and as a UK owned platform it lets you choose where your data lives, in the UK, the US or Asia. It did not start as a product. It was built inside a managed service provider over more than ten years, on live service desks, and every feature earned its place by making an engineer faster during a real incident.
