Much more effective than abandoned cart emails as it uses live agents

Potential language barrier with customers at times

LiveRecover let us save abandoned carts in a way much more effective than simply using emails

**What do you like best about LiveRecover?**

Ease of use and low cost. Easy to install, one single flat rate (plus commission) and they do the rest of the work! Makes it very easy to roll out to a business and recover potential lost sales.

**What do you dislike about LiveRecover?**

Unable to fully customize the service - they have a base that they work off of for recovering sales. You  can provide them with more of your information, but they won't necessarily implement it into their texts to customers.

**What problems is LiveRecover solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recovering lost (or abandoned) shopify sales. Even just a few recovered sales covers the cost of service for the month.
