What do we like best about Lively HSA? Discounts due to completely electronic experience. It was so easy to implement to our team. The online user resources are self explanatory and uncomplicated. implementation has been not good. We have had 3 customer support people. There was little transition from the first to the 2nd, so we had to start some conversations all over again.
