"Seamless Reporting and Integration for Finance Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LiveFlow?

I find LiveFlow's reporting to be seamless, which makes it really easy for me to handle my accounting and finance tasks. The integration with Excel is spot-on and works well, making my analytics much more manageable. I also really like the Chart of Accounts feature; it’s easy to map, which adds a lot of value to my workflow. The initial setup process was great too, which made getting started with LiveFlow a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveFlow?

The mapping should be able to be applied to other entities and I can't do that now. Once I architect mapping, I don't want to have to do it again for a new location for a P&L. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Sync Made Financial Reporting Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LiveFlow?

I like how LiveFlow automates financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual management and board reporting requirements. The real-time sync with QuickBooks is a standout feature for me, as it allows us to refresh our management reporting package at the click of a button. The connection to QuickBooks and syncing to standard financial reports was very easy, which made the initial setup smoother for our basic needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveFlow?

The initial setup posed some challenges as they didn't have our business needs fully developed in their template set so we needed customizations. They could broaden their template set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LiveFlow?

We use LiveFlow as our primary FP&A Solution, and I really like how straightforward and user-friendly the system is. It has simplified and automated updating our Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement in our financial models. LiveFlow helps us consolidate accounts without worrying about pesky and overcomplicated formulas and allows us to provide clients with live amounts on request. The ability to dive deep into transactions without needing to access Quickbooks is a big plus. The initial setup was very simple, and their team was always available to help with answers to any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LiveFlow Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LiveFlow?

LiveFlow has completely transformed the way I handle reporting. It seamlessly connects Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online, saving me hours every month on manual data pulls and updates. The automation has made my workflow significantly more efficient, and their templates are incredibly helpful—easy to use and well-designed for real business needs. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to streamline financial reporting and spend less time chasing numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveFlow?

My only gripe is the sync timing. While it does sync automatically, I’m not sure when or how often—so I often end up manually syncing just to be sure I’m looking at the most up-to-date numbers. It’d be great to have more visibility or control over the sync schedule.

Still, it’s an incredibly powerful tool and one I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline financial reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Real-Time Reporting and Dashboards"

What do you like best about LiveFlow?

I use LiveFlow for Google Sheets reporting and dashboards, and I really like the real-time data and flexibility it offers, which saves our team a significant amount of time. It's simple to use and very helpful with organization, especially for internal processes like month-end closes. The initial setup was easy, making it even more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveFlow?

I wish there was more customization in the dashboards, particularly the ability to add custom formulas for more advanced reporting needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great software for adding value for your clients, albeit a bit costly."
4/5
What do you like best about LiveFlow?

LiveFlow works great, it integrates QBO with either Google Sheets or Excel, which is helpful as you may have clients using either software so you are not limited in how you can serve them. The dashboards are also a great feature, however I wish it wasn't an upcharge to use them. It's great to be able to provide your clients a link to a clean dashboard that they can reference whenever they want and it will be updated as long as the QBO file is updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveFlow?

The biggest downside to LiveFlow is the price. It's not the cheapest option out there, and while I feel the software is worth it if you are charging appropriate fees to your clients for your services, what I don't like is how there are added fees for new features. Want to be able to use dashboard feature? You get one free then have to pay. Want to be able to do consolidates? Thats extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
