    "Integration and automation for your tasks: Kissflow has many different tasks divided into applications and integrations. You can review all the available applications and install only the ones you want to use. Depending on your business you may need more applications for human resources, others will need more for sales, others to insert data ... The good thing about this software is that you can select the ones you need the most and install them with a click. Mainly we use it for sales and we have selected several applications that help us to insert data faster and so that we can better manage new product campaigns. The program informs you of the objectives and tasks that you have pending. Receiving those notices helps not to have to write down everything that you have left to do, since the program notifies you if there is something that you have not yet finished. You can divide the work and better manage the collaboration, since you can add users and put them into the areas you want and divide each worker through the available roles."

    "User friendly and intuitive: Being user friendly, it allowed us to easily train and empower employees to self document their processes. Traditionally, processes are documented in BPMN 2.0 which is great but that tends to be only understood by process trained people or business analysts. This system and their way of creating and displaying processes is intuitive which allows employees of all levels to be easily trained."

    "Zoho Creator is an easy way to create forms: A user can start working with Zoho Creator in about ten minutes. It is very intuitive and requires very little configuration. Every time I need to collect data, Zoho is my application for the creation of forms, and it is easy to distribute the forms in a secure way by means of a link, a password or to embed them in another site. Zoho has excellent customizable workflows if you are able to handle minimal programming. If you can devise an application, a business workflow, a business data scenario or anything else, Zoho Creator can handle it. They have previously created applications that can be modified to suit the needs of your business application, or you can create applications from scratch. Basic applications with basic workflow or notifications can be set in minutes. Creator integrates very well with other Zoho applications. "

    "OnBase: Organization at its best!: OnBase makes my job incredibly easy! Gone are the days where I can't find the file I need quickly, or have to search through several folders, or even take a long time to scan multiple documents into a student's file. OnBase's batch scanning and file organization makes everyone's job at our college better. While a student is front of me, I can search their ID and immediately see every document they've ever submitted. Also, while scanning in multiple documents for multiple students, with the "Pre-Index" option, I am able to quickly index over 50 documents in 5 minutes or less. Amazing!"
