Little Green Light is fairly easy to use. The home screen is laid out nicely and makes navigating easy. It is easy to keep up with financial records as well as keep a list of contacts. When working for a nonprofit you need a solution that is very user friendly for staff and volunteers. This program covers all of this. The donation bulk entry makes campaign entry quick and easy. I wish there was integration direct from Quickbooks Online. Other than this, I think the system fulfills all of our needs. If there had to be one thing we were wishing was there, that would be a mobile app and the ability to process our credit cards directly into LGL. Nicer emails for thank you letters would be great too but I have a feeling there is that option but we haven't looked into it enough with our Mail Chimp integration. While our company is phasing out LGL, I love it. I love the ease of searching by either their ID number or their name. Very simple to pull who donated to a specific campaign or who attended a fundraiser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
