What do you like best about Validity Engage?

I love the fact that Demand Tools can handle multilevel jobs. If I need to move Accounts from one Rep to another, I can add associated records, like Contacts, Opportunities, etc. and do it all in one job. This saves me hours or doing multiple data loads using Dataloader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

Demand Tools can be a little intimidating to use. It's a powerful tool and can do alot, and it does take some time to get used to using it. It gets easier the more you use Demand Tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reassignment of Records. I have to move Accounts, and all related records, from one Rep to another, multiple times a month. Demand Tools has saved me hours of work becasue it can handle multilevel records movement or reassignment.

I also do not need to use Excel spreadsheets and do V-Look ups to locate SFDC Id's. Demand Tools is tales care of all that, and lets me choose the name of the new Owner of all those records.

Dedupping is an important feature for us. We had to turn off SFDC's built in duplication prevention processes, due to our integration. So we have to use Demand Tools to dedupe our Data every month. It's quick, easy and allows us to keep our data clean and up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Validity Engage?

Litmus is a user-friendly tool that simplifies email creation and maintenance. Its ability to centralize components and preview emails across various providers is invaluable. I particularly appreciate its helpful suggestions for accessibility, subject line optimization, and the detection of broken links. What do you like best about Validity Engage?

Litmus is simple to use and quick to send a test email and see results across many different email providers. I like the options of being able to show or block images, see emails in dark mode and all the different mobile provider options. The tool is helpful in suggesting edits for accessibility, subject lines and broken links. I like the integrations with email automation platforms so that I can run tests directly in the software that I'm sending the email. A great tool for the email QA process! What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

The new personalization pieces are really interesting, but the plan that we have doesn't have enough impressions to support the volume of email we send and unfortunately it's not in our budget to increase costs at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Validity Engage?

I love Litmus! It is the best for email marketing rendering. With the importance of visual appeal and the complexity of templates, there's a lot of potential variability between email clients. Litmus has you covered. I've needed to use over 70 previews per email on some projects.

The analytics feature is good to help understand where your focus should be. They set up adds a few minutes per email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

You do have to eyeball each preview, it would be nice if they auto-flag emails that don't look like the proof and where the variation is. Can the checklist and approval link to Workfront? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
