It is easy to use, implement and you customize to your needs. I have used Demand Tools at many previous companies, large and small and now with our clients and one thing remains the same, DTV meets all needs. I have been able to customize the modules to fit the needs of the database, use cases and enablement processes to achieve amazing results.

As I started at my last company, the first thing I did was to utilize the Assess feature. I used this day one to set a baseline for our data quality and then set it to run monthly. I brought these reports to my 90 day, 6 month and annual reviews. Not only would I not start a new role without DTV, I relied on this to prove the outcomes of our database improvements!

Litmus has made my role at work so much easier! It has been a breeze to check emails on all different platforms on one website. I used to have to send emails from the ESP to all different email addresses and check them from my phone, tablet, and desktop. With Litmus, I have saved so much time. I also love the fact that our clients can make corrections directly in the email, letting us know what to change or fix. We sometimes have issues where the code doesn't update the changes, but they are seen in the previews. This can be frustrating when there is a tight turnaround on a deadline, and we have to go back and forth between the two previews to see what hasn't been changed. The wide range of tools tools that allow many forms of data query, update, and deduping. Each is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, and all have the ability to save Templates to repeat process over and over. The Object deduper allows for you to operate similar to the salesforce DEDUPE operation, across ANY objects. you can define rules that score which record to take as the master, so that bulk dedupe jobs can be relatively hands off. I have used this tool in it's various forms for 14+ years now. Early on, it was the only tool that did some of the jobs it can do. Now there are others, but this still hold true as a useful tool.
